I'm going to ignore the Xwayland crash because that will never freeze
the system, it can only break legacy apps.

The main issue here still seems to be related to the Nvidia kernel
driver. It looks like it's complaining about sending commands to
PCI:0000:05:00 a lot.

I also wonder if your GPU setup is confusing one of the drivers since
you have Nvidia as primary and AMDGPU as secondary. It's possible the
whole issue might go away if you disabled AMD graphics in the BIOS.
