Note that this package is in questing-proposed only, and cannot migrate
due to missing depends. So there are no rdeps.
It is also blocking the current Qt5 transition as it is 'grouped' with
that due to package copy from the landing PPA. That grouping could be
broken another way, but here it would be simpler to just go ahead with
this removal.
