Public bug reported: The application depends on psycopg2 <2.9, but only psycopg2 (2.9.9) is available. The application doesn't start because of this.
Originally I noticed this with the package "ara-server", and that is provided by Ubuntu: APT-Sources: http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu noble/universe amd64 Packages but the python-ara package must have the same issue, same version as ara-server.
