** Description changed:

  [ SRU Justification ]

  [ Impact ]

  The upstream has released core94 that is meant to match the kernel
  development in v6.14.

- Pack the new core94 release, drop two upstreamed patches, bump
- OBSOLETE_BY to 6.14.
+ For Plucky, core94 updates wireless subsystem to v6.13-rc3 than
+ v6.12-rc1 in core93. This provides better compatibility and stability.
+ Meanwhile, backport-iwlwifi core94 provides UCODE_API_MAX 97 while the
+ in-tree iwlwifi module has 96, this enables the use of
+ iwlwifi-*-97.ucode already in linux-firmware/plucky also for better
+ stability.

  [ Test Plan ]

  1. Install kernel headers for Questing/Plucky.

  2. Install backport-iwlwifi-dkms from -proposed pocket.

  3. The dkms should be compiled automatically with the running kernel. To
  compile it against all installed kernels:

  ```
  $ for k in $(dpkg -l| awk '$2 ~ /^linux-headers-.*-generic$/ { print
substr($2, length("linux-headers-") + 1); }'|sort -V -r); do sudo dkms install
--force backport-iwlwifi/0~94.13342-git452193f7 -k $k || break; done
  ```

  [ Where problems could occur ]

  New upstream releases, it may need new iwlwifi firmware blobs and
  therefore the latest linux-firmware package is mandatory. There might
  also be issues across all the supported models, and we probably may only
  find out in the future reports.

  [ Other Info ]

  Nominate for Questing, the development series, as well as Plucky per
  comment #6.
