In backport-iwlwifi core91 release 5561658ab0900 ("Merge remote-tracking
branch 'auto/master'") added support to `eth_hw_addr_set` till
v4.19.291. But while the upstream backport-iwlwifi doesn't have a
runtime configure system that we introduced in bug 2095138, it breaks
builds between [v4.19.255, v4.19.291).
The reason why [v4.19.225, v4.19.255) also fail remains unknown.
