Public bug reported:

I used to be able to create DVDs (to play on a home DVD player) from mp4
file(s) using DeVeDe. On Noble though the app hangs at Project Progress
1/5 with the (only) mp4 file 'input'. It has created dvd_tree, menu,
movies and xml_data sub-directories with the mp4 file copied to an mpg
file in the movies directory.
