A fix for Jammy is available in
- git ~slyon/ubuntu/+source/dnsmasq:lp2026757-jammy-ironic-fix
- PPA https://launchpad.net/~slyon/+archive/ubuntu/lp-2026757-ironic-fix
- MP

Unfortunately, I don't have any means to reproduce/test/verify this fix.
So I'll be unsubscribing myself from the Jammy bug task. I wonder if the
OpenStack community (#openstack-ironic on OFTC) would be able to help
with verification on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS? But IIUC they upgraded their CI
system from Jammy to Noble, thus cannot reproduce on Jammy either.
