Hello and thanks for this bug report. I tried locally (I have a
driverless AirPrint printer, network connected), and I do see
differences between the gtk4 and gtk3 dialogs. Looks like some options
are now in different "tabs" of the print dialog. Can you please check if
those you are missing are now somewhere else?
