The relevant error seems to be this:

Can you please check if liblzma5 is installed properly? E.g. using:
$ dpkg -l | grep lzma
From the /usr/local/... path above, it looks like you have/had a custom
installation of liblzma installed on your system that might not be fully around
anymore. There might be some left-over from that installation which hides the
system installation. Can you please double-check this?
