Public bug reported: Reproduction:
Be on Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS. Install mupdf-gl via mupdf package. Open pdf file with mupdf-gl: $ mupdf-gl example.pdf Then press 'n' to move to the next page. Expected: mupdf-gl moves to the next page Actual: Nothing happens. --- This seems to be the case for all keyboard input events. I'm getting the following warnings when opening a pdf: > warning: ICC support is not available > warning: This version of MuPDF has been built WITHOUT clipboard or unicode > input support! > warning: Please file a complaint with your friendly local distribution > manager. Manjaro seems to encounter the same issue: https://forum.manjaro.org/t/mupdf-gl-doesnt-seem-to-react-to-keyboard- events/131245/3 The binary mupdf works fine for me and reacts to keyboard input events. Sadly it's not a proper replacement as it doesn't remember the last opened page. ** Affects: mupdf (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2111839 Title: mupdf-gl doesn't react to keyboard input events To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mupdf/+bug/2111839/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
