Public bug reported:
There's a fraction of a second delay when I move the mouse on my
external monitor, enough to be easily noticeable. It does not occur when
the mouse is on the built-in monitor. This occurs regardless of whether
I'm using a physical mouse or the trackpad. It seems to only occur if
I've enabled "on demand" mode in the Nvidia settings; if I switch into
"performance mode", the lag goes away.
