This seems to be fixed in os-probes/ already, but the fix was missing from linux-boot-probes/. It's caused by grub-probe returning a non-zero exit status, that terminates 50mounted-tests early due to "set -e" (just like explained in comment #3). Any remaining filesystems get skipped, and if a previous grub-mount succeeded we never clean it up.
