Yes a workaround in libdnf is possible, in fact I had added one before dh-python was fixed:
https://salsa.debian.org/pkg-rpm- team/libdnf/-/commit/02de151278a0831d1c5c4c7d47c4a4f46766c666 I have just tested adding the same snippet to d/rules in a Noble chroot, and rebuilt the package, and the problem is fixed. Adding this to noble would work just fine for me. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2095168 Title: dh-python: dh_python3 loses cpython module name when renaming shared object To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/dh-python/+bug/2095168/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
