I've just realized, I have libraries twice on my system:
In `/usr/lib` as well as `/lib` O.O

The ones in `/usr/lib` seem to be fine - but ldd is actually listing
that testparm uses the ones in `/lib` - which have non-matching
hashcodes (but seem to have precedence in order of being loaded).

I guess I've found the culprit.
I have a whole bunch of libs in `/lib` which actually belong into `/usr/lib`.
That's also the reason (I assume) why debsums says "Ok" - because it's looking
in /usr/lib - and there things are fine.

For some reason, my /lib is a real folder - whereas on other
installations (xubuntu 20.04) - /lib is actually a symlink to /usr/lib.

Will try to fix that and report back.
Thank you for your help!
