Hi Andreas, thanks for the rebuild trigger! I've re-tried that build a couple of times already, and it still seems to consistently fail. I don't believe this is a regression from this LP; the build fails on make check-DEJAGNU (specifically on the kill tests with SIGUSR1), and the latest change only adds a new sysctl conf file.
I've not been able to reproduce this locally on an arm64 system, but it did reproduce when I retried the build in a test PPA (a build that did succeed before I uploaded to Noble, see [0]). I wonder if something else changed for arm64 in the meantime that causes the kill tests to fail, but I'll continue investigating in any case.
