Thanks for the feedback, Robie! It seems there's been some issues with
the autopkgtests, some of the tmpfails are slowly becoming green after
retries. I'm also a bit puzzled by the arm64 FTBFS, as that should not
have been caused by adding a sysctl file (seems like the 'kill' test is
failing). The arm64 issue didn't come up on my test PPA either, so I'll
dig into it a bit more.

As for bug 2078101, I agree that it's a good idea. When I started
looking into this I saw that we had quite a few sysctl tunables in
there,  so it's probably a good idea to have dep8 coverage for those.
