Co-incidentally I had a failed install with Kubuntu2110 28062110 [this version]. After the fail I tried to run 'ubuntu-bug ubiquity' but got a message that my media was faulty. I will create another installation iso from fresh on a different thumb drive and report back here with any result. Yesterday's iso did not display any problem.
