I second Rubin... I also have a lenovo thinkpad with intel video option (Thinkpad x61s). Basic installation of ubuntu Gutsy, try to use 3d (specifically openGL, i use blender to reproduce this bug) -> crash will happen very very quick. I posted xorg.conf, logs including debug information and hardware specifics.
