upgrade from my previous post. 

I just upgraded to 20.04 and this happens when the laptop has slept for
longer times (like.. overnight) after short periods resume works fine.

> disabled NVIDIA proprietary
> masked hibernate.target and suspend-then-hibernate.target
> once it happens it won't reboot, either. keeps freezing 
> FIX: boot with power cable plugged in (???!??)

Dell 5591 here. Any files/dumps I can provide to help?
