The upgrade went smoothly (no held back packages), but I didn't setup
any pinning (testing in a dedicated container). I'm able to
generate/renew certificates with the upgraded packages.

The python-certbot-nginx plugin is not functional, but from the
discussion we had on IRC I know it won't be made part of the SRU, as it
wasn't part of Xenial in the first place.

Everything LGTM.
