    python-letsencrypt-apache (0.4.1-1 => 0.7.0-0ubuntu0.16.04.1)

(though I actually had to apt-get install letencrypt python-letsencrypt-
apache instead of upgrade, because the new packages from the proposed
repo were held back by apt)

    $ dpkg-query

    ii  letsencrypt 0.23.0-1~ubuntu16.04.1

    ii  python-letsencrypt 0.4.1-1

Ran certbot renew --force-renewal which successfully replaced all
