The issue's been around for awhile. I'm not sure why it hasn't been addressed though once you've installed it I suppose it's no longer a problem.
Torrentflux expects a database called torrentflux to already be there. Which of course, when you initially install it's not. To fix it, you can log into mysql and create a table called torrentflux.
