That is not relevant to this bug, which is about the location bar and the web search bar and what happens if you press ctrl-enter in that. Those don't share any code with the find bar, so any changes there would have to be a different bug, in a different component, and affecting different code. Your suggestion was discussed in bug 1232096 and wontfixed there.
