OK, I've done a lot of tests. I hope not to confuse you even more. In windows, if I try to use QSV with command line, it does not accelerate. But if I disconnect the acceleration from the emby control panel, the GPU remains at 0%
I think the hardware allows to accelerate (as seen in Windows), the problem seems to be between the drivers of intel, ffmpeg or VAAPI. Do I do any concrete test in one of the two systems? I am contributing information, but not knowing if it is useful. ** Attachment added: "ffmpeg.zip" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ffmpeg/+bug/1805712/+attachment/5217331/+files/ffmpeg.zip -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1805712 Title: ffmpeg don't use the VAAPI hardware acceleration To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ffmpeg/+bug/1805712/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
