Yes, that is very strange. It must have something to do with the fact that Songbird uses XUL, which Firefox also uses (as far as I understand it). There must be some common process that runs for XUL apps (??). I'll go ahead and close this ticket as "fixed" then. Please re-open if the issue comes back.
