- When installing Ubuntu 16.04 Beta 2, the installer exited with an error 
reporting that grub EFI didn't install in /target/.
+ When installing Ubuntu 16.04 Beta 2, the installer exited with an error 
reporting the following error:
+ The 'grub-efi-amd64-signed' package failed to install into /target/. Without 
the GRUB boot loader, the installed system will not boot.
+ 
  This is the configuration I used:
  - system partition (ext4), mount point /
  - home partition (ext4), mount point /home
  - swap partition
  
  GRUB was being installed on MBR.
