Yea Matthias, the bounty idea is a good idea, if a few hundred users donate a dollar instead of a few spending 10 that could amount up... But I agree with figjam as well, I could take back my card which I personally love other than the "ubuntu" compatibility. Although this would defeat the "ubuntu always free theory" But we could donate to the process/progress of its growth. Ubuntu wants to yet be another poineer in the opensource mobile revolution which is indeed another wireless feature, once we get these simple *kinks* out, we can finally call ourselves a BIG contender against the money grubbing proprietary companies. I have heard reports of PcLinuxOS and some other distro's already have support without problems/out of the box, although this is completely a guess and a thing I have seen browsing other distro forum's. Ubuntu seems to just be lacking in certain areas at the moment, but with its growth and promise to grow with dell and other companies backing it we should see a few jobs fill up and improvements on there way. Id personally knock all these hardware problems out at once by taking a view of other distro's code and learning by example, im starting to program and excited about being a future member in the open source development Community. I would love to help your issues as well as my own, hopefully we can push this through, and get some stat updates because I know the Ubuntu Community as a Strong Collective on knowledge can solve any problem they put their minds to ;) Thankyou & Best Regards Kyle Weller P.S. Lets work together and Make this OS grandma compatibile :)
