Using Kubuntu 15.10 x64. No bluetooth hardware. After the KDE login progress bar reaches 100%, it then takes 25 seconds before beginning the transition to the KDE desktop. uninstalling network-manager and plasma-nm and disabling bluetooth.service has not reduced the 25 seconds delay.
