Vincent, easy to find out - just deactivate B-tooth on that laptop. On my desk-machine I were lucky enough to have a BT 4.0 stick lieeing next to it.
@Yofel: I don't have the rights for it, but I think one should really consider to pass this on "milestone-updates" https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+milestone/wily-updates Since I dont know anybody doing the updates with a Live-DVD this bug would be present then without. This 30 seconds delay is a really unpleasant encounter ( just tested it with the final-DVD in VirtualBox) for this release.
