Attached is a plymouth-debug.log with quiet and splash disabled and
plymouth:debug enabled. Unfortuanly I can not gatter a plymouth-
debug.log for the failing case as there is no unecrypted disk for the lg
to be written to.

Current state:
* Using kernel 3.19.0.28 works with graphical plymouth
* Using kernel 3.19.0.31 does not work with graphical plymouth
* Using kernel 3.19.0.31 does work without graphical plymouth

Current suggestion is that it is a kernel+plymouth related issue.

** Attachment added: "quiet and splash disabled and plymouth:debug enabled on
3.19.0.31"
