Hi,
In my case, I've noticed it with the arduino IDE, as described in bug 1453094.

That's on Ubuntu 15.04 (x86-64). Java is Oracle java 8 (1.8.0_45, installed via
the webup8 ppa).
To reproduce, it's very easy:
1. sudo apt-get arduino
2. arduino
3. Type anything in the file
4. Press the "save" button
=> Crash:
# A fatal error has been detected by the Java Runtime Environment:

#  SIGSEGV (0xb) at pc=0x00007f93df57ac84, pid=16684, tid=140271369373440
