Unbelievable that 2 years after being reported this bug is still present in Ubuntu 15.04 :-( None of the suggested workarounds like moving 3 nautilus desktop files in /usr/share/applications (comment #61) work. I haven't tried removing nautilus from Launcher because such a "solution" is worse than the odd behavior for me...
