Hi Raymond,
following your link I understood that is a matter of pins, connections and 
hda_codec.c. and that is a common issue for the hda driver to don't reach 
speakers or headphones but I don't understand what to do next? should I send 
you my hda-verb output? with which parameters? into my /dev/snd I have these:
by-path    hwC0D0  pcmC0D0c  pcmC0D2p  seq
controlC0  hwC0D3  pcmC0D0p  pcmC0D3p  timer
