It has worked until the latest update. It was switchable. Worked like a charm.
When I selected Intel, my laptop was super cool, and could run from battery for 7-8-9 hours. When I selected Nvidia, it was hotter, but I could play windows games through wine with high FPS. Now after latest kernel update I get an error if I try to switch using nvidia-settings. And laptop heats. Can only run 2 hours from battery.
