Running "sudo apt-get -s install qgis" here doesn't show any problem.
Can you please check why the qt4 libs can't be installed?
Try "sudo apt-get install libqt4-core" (or libqt4-gui or libqt4-qt3support).
You might need to run this also on the output from this command to find the end
and the real problem.
Please copy the real error (if you find it) or the output where you got
stuck.
