I have something similar, but possibly not the same(?) I have, showing on the desktop: hdb5, hdd1, Media, Media2 and Windows. hdb5 and hdd1 are the same as Media2 and Media, respectively. The only thing apparently different is that Windows isn't mounted via UUID (as that didn't work when the change went in) while the two other partitions are. There are no double entries in /etc/fstab.
Media, Media2 and Windows are the partition labels, of course.
