Yes, it is reproducible. Click on the clock. Calendar opens. Click on a day, it will change background color. Do your stuff on the computer. Tomorrow do the same, you will see the day you previously selected still selected.
I do not get it why my selection would be active once I went out of that calendar. If I would not see the first line showing the current day, I might even think that one is the current day.
