I am suffering from the same bug using a P502 also named Sager NP9150 (P150EM Barebone) with an AMD 7970m and an Intel igpu.
As I workaround i use a small script I have attached. Placed in /etc/pm/sleep.d it seems to work for the moment. Dont forget to make it executable. I have no problems with random freezes, only with suspend and resume. ** Attachment added: "Shell script workaround" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1062077/+attachment/3826256/+files/15_radeononoff -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1062077 Title: [HP TouchSmart tm2-2010eg] Linux hangs with: "[drm:atom_op_jump] *ERROR* atombios stuck in loop for more than 5secs aborting" To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/linux/+bug/1062077/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
