* Handle powerpc's lack of webbrowser-app build (bc of qt5). We
fallback on the old chromeless launch on powerpc.
* Add simple desktop file generation for url based webapps.
* Add util function to update launcher favorites: function is the
same, we only expose it.
* Set the webapp container launch as the default.
* Tweak the Exec for the url based desktop generation to use
webbrowser-app directly.
* set the webcontainer chromeless launch as a fallback.

* Make the webbrowser-app dependency only for non-powerpc machines, as
we don't have that package for that architecture. We can do this,
since the code has a platform-dependent code-path.
