Yes we know that Plucker is unfortunately broken. Good news though!
Plucker has resumed development it seems and hopefully we will have a
good package one of these days. Right now we are using the Debian
package directly and the developer there decided it was a good idea not
to build the Plucker-Desktop because it is destroyed. Well, this is in
Gutsy, not Feisty. But yes I do know it is broken and I promise I am
working on getting this fixed. I wish I could tell you it would be soon,
but that depends on 2 things. 1) Plucker development stays active, and
2) the Plucker developers have decided to use a CURL like library called
libhttp. I am in contact and working with the libhttp developer to get
the new library package into Debian first, and then I will sync it here.
That one library will help us fix Plucker to a much better state than it
is currently in. Thanks for your report!
