How do we re-open the bug? I have precisely the same problem with OO 2.2.0 on Kubuntu/Feisty. This is very inconvenient as all of my forms are setup with input fields. (I'm going to test and see whether this is limited to the Kubuntu install I have running. My other versions of OO are not updated to 2.2.0.)
Do I start a new bug report? For some reason, my OO install is not generating a crash report.
