@Barry and @Tom I appreciate that you are telling me the way which is supposed to give results, but have you actually done this yourselves?
Trust me, I am not shy in expressing my opinions. If I walked into a PC World and started ranting off about the lack of support for Linux I would be escorted off the premises. And you know it. As far as complaining to the CEO... have you considered what is in it for them? Do you think you could provide a business case why PC world should invest in Linux products if there is no market pull and no return? This is what they are being told by the Microsoft. ....with a side salad of withdrawing volume discounts if they even dare to speak the word "Linux". Like I say, I hate that this is the situation, but we are not dealing with a level playing field here.
