With the kernel suggested by Fabio Marconi (v3.5 final: http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v3.5-quantal/) the keyboard works fine, and all the computer seems to be more fast.
Anyway, I continue with random mount errors at start, always with /tmp folder which isn't in a different mount point... I usually get a "The disk drive for /tmp is not ready yet or not present" at start.
