** Description changed:

I have updated from 12.10 to 13.04 this week and now the keyboard is
very slow writing and if I write fast, it lost some pressed keys.

I don't know which logs can I attach.

There aren't any process with high CPU or memory load.

I'm using a Logitech Delux 250 USB keyboard connected directly with a
USB connector in the computer case.

There aren't any other app or proccess runing slow now (mouse works
  fine), only the keyboard.

The problem only occurs under graphic interface. If I open a terminal
with CTRL+ALT+F the keyboard works fine.
