Are you speaking of: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=188350 ? The suggested workaround there seems to be: "try to run gstreamer-properties and change the output driver under the Video tab (to gl, x11/xshm, xv, etc)." "Colors were awful when playing embedded quicktime videos in FireFox (MPlayer plugin, but same thing with Totem). I changed the output to opengl in each player and everything works fine." but it was not by you, so I am not sure this is what you are talking about.
It would help if you could do on that computer having problems with color: lspci -vvnn > lspci.txt dpkg -l >packages.txt And tell us which output driver are too red, and which are ok? -- Too much red on TV or any video avi/mpeg https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/48367 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is a direct subscriber. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
