What about changing other power management options? Cool&Quiet, etc.
Also: I have revision 3.1 and bios F5g, so stuff may work differently.
You can register on Gigabyte forum and search (or ask) for help. I found this

Maybe unrelated, but anyway: kernel complains that it can't load
microcode for AMD fam15h processors. I thought about installing
amd64-microcode (or amd64-microcodes, I don't remember ATM) package, but
I don't really know what are microcodes. Are they loaded into processor
(like firmware) or they are only used by kernel until reboot?
