Week 30 - Release ubuntu 12.10 quantal (Nvidia) with ppa:SIl2100 Same issue observed. Folded icons (Nautilus) on launcher fails to unfold during drag. Only when the dragged icon touches the launcher, the folded drop target icons expand.
