Week 30 - Release ubuntu 12.10 Quantal (Intel) with ppa:SIL2100 update Same issue observed. Screenshot attached. Folded icons (Nautilus) on launcher fails to unfold during drag. Only when the mouse pointer/ dragged icon touches the launcher, the folded drop target icons expand.
