This conflict is more related to bluez-passkey-gnome and bluez-gnome
than gbtsco itself, It'd suggest you to file a bug report (or edit this
one) against bluez-gnome or bluez-passkey-gnome (the source package may
be the same for both) and ask for the dependencies to be checked (it
should never be possible to install a package providing the same files
as another).
