Hi hoderlump! There's no reason to apologize. It's completely
understandable to feel upset when you have such a frustrating experience
getting these games that you paid for. Please be assured that we are
committed to making this process exactly the opposite of what you
experienced! Hopefully next time you buy something, you will be
delighted with the experience. That's what we are working toward.
So my apologies for your frustration.

Also, I wanted to know, do you still have problems outstanding, or have
you managed to get all the games? Please let us know.
